Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is a set of economic data that can be used to evaluate the economic development performance of a region (provincial or district / city). This data set can also be used for other purposes and purposes, such as the basis for developing economic models in order to formulate policy formulations, the velocity of money (velocity of money), financial deepening, tax determination, export studies and import, and so on. This publication specifically addresses the GRDP according to the final expenditure / demand approach. This approach is broken down into several components, namely: Household Consumption Expenditures, Consumption Expenditures of Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households, Government Consumption Expenditures, Investment (Gross Fixed Capital Formation and Changes in Inventory), and Net Exports (exports reduced by imports). PDRB data in this publication and subsequent publications use the 2010 base year, and have applied the concept of the System of National Accounts 2008 as recommended by the United Nations.
